dmboard

The surface the DM uses when interacting with the AI to create a scene. Saul-authored content pending.
STUB. Scaffolding committed T115q May 24 2026 per Saul-directive T115d item 5. Substantive content authorship pending.

What the dmboard is

The dmboard sits between the human DM and the AI-side of the DM. When the human DM wants the AI to help create a scene, voice an NPC, surface environmental detail, or attune to a bookworm in real time, the human DM uses the dmboard to prompt and direct.

Per T115q ratification: the dmboard is part of bb* deployment. Per ULTIMATE-GAME SYNTHESIS T115q item 9, pedagogy and therapy are not separated; the dmboard houses integrated facilitator-toolkit.

SPARK skills (pending Saul-authorship of polymythdnd version)

Game to Grow’s SPARK framework as starting reference: Spontaneity, Playfulness, Attunement, Restraint, Knowledge. Polymythdnd version pending Saul-authorship; Saul’s teaching CV (CBT, Nonviolent Communication, classroom practice) is the substrate.

DM-AI scene-creation interaction protocols (pending)

How the human DM prompts the AI for scene-building. How NPC voicing is requested. How environmental detail gets surfaced without breaking exegesis. How attunement-state of each bookworm is tracked in real time.

Per-bookworm attunement guidance (pending)

Per-bookworm attunement derived from the bookwormcard state. How the DM reads each bookworm’s current state and adjusts pace and intensity.

Session-pace and intensity controls (pending)

How the dmboard supports DM decisions about pace and intensity over a session. Connection to rainbow-note safety-signal menu T115j.
