The directory currently accepts changes by email. Published corrections are intended to keep a visible revision history.
A reader or project representative describes the change and includes supporting links.
An editor confirms what the sources say and when they were published or reviewed.
Duplicate records, name changes, conflicts, and the best place for the information are reviewed.
The record is updated with its sources, check date, and a note about what changed.
